About Yoga Paradise

  • All our retreats are small groups – generally up to 12 people, with a maximum of 16 people.
  • The Yoga room is purpose built with underfloor heating for the cooler winter days and huge open doors for the summer months.
  • The Yoga room is fully stocked with all equipment so there is no need to bring your own mat or any other props.
  • Sourdough bread baked on the premises is a popular feature of our menus
  • During the summer we will usually hold a Pizza night – with stone-baked sourdough pizza cooked in our outdoor oven
  • The night skies are a sight to behold – our rural location ensures we have very little light pollution
  • If you are a bird lover, you will be amazed by the variety of birds that visit our gardens. Even Kiwi’s are occasionally spotted in a neighbouring property.

We have a deep appreciation for high quality, nutritious, sustainably sourced food.

We offer nutritious, wholesome vegetarian food, including homemade sourdough bread, fresh vegetable & fruit juices and great coffee. A typical retreat menu includes a two course brunch with hot & cold options and a three course evening meal. During the season we have fresh fruit & citrus available from our orchard.  We endeavor to use local produce and organic produce when available.
