About Rachel

My yoga journey spans 40 years, when I first discovered and started practicing Yoga at school. My experience starts with a deep grounding in the Iyengar system and more recently in Knoff Yoga, with complimentary practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Scaravelli-inspired.

Since 2001, I have completed over 600 hours of teacher training in Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, achieved the Yoga Alliance 200 RYT, Knoff Yoga Foundation Certificate, Anatomy and Physiology diploma (Otago Uni) and teaching certificates in Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga.

I believe that Yoga is for everyone and my aim as a teacher is make it accessible, fun, safe and above all, beneficial for every student regardless of their starting place.

The Iyengar approach has given me a deep understanding of the principles of alignment and this strong, intelligent and focused style of Yoga continues to influence my teaching today.

I am hugely indebted to the many talented teachers that I have been fortunate to study with and my purpose as a teacher is to pass on their knowledge and channel their unique gifts to the best of my ability.

About Eszter

Eszter came to yoga when she was 11 years old, due to bad posture and flat feet. She stayed because she fell in love with the relaxation part and loved the poses challenge and gentleness to the body, mind and soul.

As an adult, Eszter has relied on yoga to start on a journey of self-acceptance and sculpting a body-positive environment in and around her.

This is the reason she took part of a Yoga Teacher Training in Bath, UK in 2018. Since her certificate completion she taught more than 600 classes, run two successful workshops and deepened her knowledge to best serve her clients.

Now she teaches classes that are playful and practical, with a focus on confidence and self-acceptance. Her vision is to help her students switch on an inner light and guide them through a personal journey.

Her Tuesday class is a place where you can focus on joint health and beginner friendly movements with the support of many yoga props, like blocks, bricks, bolsters, straps, and blankets.
